Return Policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for exchange the bundles must be in resellable condition with sales receipt included in return package. Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Volume Seven Hair Company was the party at fault.

Bundles that are being returned may not be chemically altered or modified in any way. This includes bundles that have been brushed, washed, co-washed, combed, weft-sealed, cut, unraveled or are without rubber band tie.

Before modifying the hair, please inspect  to ensure that the bundles meet your level of satisfaction.
